Construction Superintendent
Experienced Construction Superintendents sought to lead field operations on luxury residential remodeling projects across Orange County, CA.
About This Role
We are looking for a skilled Construction Superintendent to manage day-to-day field operations for Cindy Horner Designs' luxury residential remodeling projects. You will be the on-site leader responsible for quality, safety, schedule adherence, and subcontractor coordination across multiple active projects in Orange County.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all daily on-site construction activities and subcontractor crews
- Ensure adherence to project schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Conduct quality control inspections at every phase of construction
- Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and sequential trade scheduling
- Document daily field reports, RFIs, and punch list items
- Serve as primary field contact for clients during active construction phases
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential construction superintendent experience
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building codes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
Nice to Have
- California General Building or specialty contractor license
- Experience on high-end coastal California residential projects
- Familiarity with design-build project delivery
