Cindy also has a background in Law and business administration. Her previous career as a business owner has equipped her with skills to handle the complexity of running a business and budgeting efficiently process.

Cindy has 10 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, working with Architects, Engineers and Contractors to make her Client's dreams come true.

Cindy Horner lives in San Clemente CA, with her husband and three children. Inspired by a sense of local sustainability she partners with vendors and curates from local trades whenever possible to reflect her beliefs in a sustainable home.
