Cindy Horner Designs handles a broad range of residential remodeling projects — from focused kitchen and bathroom renovations to whole-home transformations, room additions, and ADU construction. We are always seeking reliable, skilled remodeling professionals who want to be part of a team known for quality and integrity throughout Orange County.
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled labor across multiple residential remodeling project types
- Execute tasks from rough carpentry and framing through fine finish work
- Collaborate with subcontractors across all trades
- Maintain job site organization and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with project managers and design team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on residential remodeling experience
- Versatile skill set spanning multiple construction trades
- Experience reading construction drawings and architectural plans
- Valid California driver's license
Nice to Have
- Specific expertise in at least one trade area (carpentry, tile, cabinetry)
- Experience with luxury or coastal California home renovations
